Building on the basics of reflexology, students will receive further training on how to apply reflexology techniques to address common conditions such as migraines, digestive issues, joint pain, back pain and mobility issues.
The basic techniques of reflexology will be refined and additional methods to treating the foot will be taught and demonstrated.
The basic principles of RPT Health: Regenerative Pathway Therapy will be expanded on in greater detail.
The mind and body connection will be studied. Examples of real life situations and most effective practices will be discussed to create massive transformation on an emotional level.
You will need the following for the course:
Internet connection
Laptop, tablet or mobile phone
A person/subject to practice techniques (for the duration of the class)
A journal to take notes
Castor oil for treatments
2 large bath towels (preferably white)
The person on which you will be practicing can be laying in bed or on a reclining chair.
This course is the pre-requisite for joining the RPT Health Academy for professionals or those interested in a career in the healing arts.

In this class, students will continue to build on the technical skills to be able to complete an effective reflexology treatment. The course will also focus on energy medicine and how it plays a large part in the transformation and healing of the mind, body and spirit.
Students will also learn how to address and identify areas of the body that hold unresolved emotional conflicts and how they relate to physical ailments, pain and dis-ease.
This course will also cover distance healing and how it can be used as a vessel of deep healing through remote energy practices.

A review of your feet (based on a photo which is emailed)

Welcome to an introductory course on the art of Foot Reflexology.
This is a course for anyone interested in holistic healing methods.
Reflexology is an ancient therapy which focuses on stimulating the nerve endings of the feet, hands, face and ears to promote circulation and healing. Reflexology can be used for a wide array of ailments, dis-eases and pains. Reflexology treatments are performed with a specific type of movement and technique which will be taught in this course.
After completing this introductory course you will understand:
Basic anatomy and physiology related to the foot
The zones of the body and how they relate to the feet
Locate reflex areas and how to read foot charts
The benefits of reflexology and how to “read” a foot to be able to understand where the body needs healing the most
The fundamentals of Reflexology taught in this course will allow you to give a basic treatment on yourself, your family and your community.
